Dr. Wendong Chen has received the specially appointed professor from the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University in Changsha, China. The Second Xiangya Hospital ranks the 13th in the top 100 largest hospitals in China. The Second Xiangya Hospital owns 3500 beds, 40 clinical departments, 9 medical technology departments, and over 5000 health professionals to provide medical care to about 4 million patients per year. Dr. Wendong Chen will help the Second Xiangya Hospital to leverage the hospital data to conduct real-world studies and health technology assessment in cancer patients to support both clinical and reimbursement decision making in China.
